Do you accept refunds, exchanges, or returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns on products. Each candle is individually inspected before being shipped, however because our candles are made by hand, they may have imperfections. No candle will ship if the imperfections affect the function of the candle. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us through our email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We want to make sure your experiences with us are positive. We want you to be happy with your purchases, so let's chat!
How does local delivery/pick up work?

How do I burn your candles safely?
*Always burn within site on a level, fire-resistant surface
*Keep away from flammable materials
*Never burn for more than 4hrs
*Trim wick to 1/4" before burning
*Stop burning if wick mushrooms, trim before lighting
*Keep candle free of any foreign materials
*Keep out of reach of children and pets
*Do not burn where there is a breeze or fan
*Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains
